Build strength, skill, and resilience in a small-group virtual setting. Strong First certified instructors guide every class. One coach will lead and demo proper form, with a second instructor coaching from the sidelines. Get expert guidance and instant feedback.
All you need is a kettlebell or two, and the willingness to do the work. A healthy curiosity helps – ask questions, and finally understand why you are doing what you are doing.
Iron Revival prides itself on asking “why”? We will challenge you physically, but also guide you toward understanding your skills. In addition to guidance through each skill and instant feedback, we are here to answer all of your questions about form, technique, biomechanics, and anatomy. Build discipline and confidence with your training.
Each class is an hour in length. There are two classes per week, Wednesdays at 4pm PST and Saturdays at 8 am PST. You can purchase a single class, or you can purchase the monthly pass and get unlimited classes for 4 weeks.
